Kiwi Kaboodle is a small, locally-owned company providing excellent (licensed!) tours of Nova Scotia since 2001. In addition to scenic guided tours in our extra-roomy air conditioned van, we also offer fully guided hiking and cycle tours throughout Nova Scotia. Greg (with ample guiding experience on four continents!) will entertain you the whole time, and can hike and cycle with you, or he can drive you through the difficult areas and give you detailed advice and directions and you can do a leg on your own, safe with the knowledge that he will be there waiting for you at your destination and is only ever a quick call away should you decide you've had enough! Whether you are wanting an entertaining tour packed with facts and dates, or a leisurely drive through some of Nova Scotia's most magnificent scenery focusing more on the entertaining history and the photographic opportunities, look no further than Kiwi Kaboodle Nova Scotia Tours & Travel. | The wine industry in Nova Scotia is positively booming! There are plenty of quaint vineyards nestled throughout Nova Scotia, and we would love to bring you to them all - sampling each unique wine along the way, and perhaps having a meal in an award winning cafe or restaurant en route. Nova Scotia might be in the northern limits of wine producing country, the very coldness which makes some grapes impossible to grow is what makes the wines we produce so unique. While Nova Scotia might be a late-comer to the international wine producing scene, that has not held it back and many of the wines produced here are enjoying international awards. If at all possible, we will do our best to include Ironworks Distillery in your day: a truly unique and purely Nova Scotian distillery creating the most exquisite liqueurs, rums and vodkas from Nova Scotia local produce. In fact, the very building in which Ironworks creates its magic is a must-see if you are in the Lunenburg, Nova Scotia area. | ||||||

From easy strolls through Kejimkujik National Park and the Seaside Adjunct, to more strenuous hikes through the forest and along craggy shorelines where you're apt to catch sight of the whales playing off-shore... or one of the many tall ships quietly glide in to Lunenburg's UNESCO World Heritage Town and harbour. It all sounds lush, doesn't it? And with Greg as your guide, you're guaranteed an entertaining day with a charming guide filled with plenty of fact, folklore and funnies! |
