Halifax

Since 1749 Halifax has been alluring locals and tourists.  Its unique blend of old and new is a delight.  You will adore the tree-lined and cobbled streets as we meander past Provincial and National and even International icons. From Chebucto Landing to Citadel Hill, the beautiful Public Gardens and the Titanic Gravesite, this city offers something from everyone.

Peggy's Cove

A tour of Nova Scotia's most famous fishing village is a delight. The perfect shore excursion!  You will appreciate why  it is so famous as we drive to the barren granite shores past the colorful Cape Island fishing boats, through the village, to the lighthouse sitting on the boulders smoothed by thousands of years of crashing waves, on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean.  Take time to admire the work of Mr. William De-Garth, famous for his paintings.  His rock carving carved into a granite wall is his tribute to the residents of Peggy's Cove and its unique way of life. Explore the rocks (please adhere to the caution signs and keep your distance from the waters edge) or relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Tours go on demand and prices begin at $50 per person, minimum two people ($100). Duration of tour is approximately three hours.

Bay of Fundy

Where rolling green pastures and Acadian dykes prevent the world’s highest tides from reaching the lush orchards, vineyards and farmlands.

Culture and conflict abound in this tranquil corner of Nova Scotia, with 400 years of history waiting to be explored. We’ll visit Hall's Harbour a charming fishing village where the tides have reached 54 feet, Wolfville famous for Acadia University and its nearby vineyards and the Blomindon Look-off for a breathtaking panoramic view over the Minas Basin and Annapolis Valley. Explore the Fundy Shore in all its glory – we’ll even watch the world’s highest tides if tidal times allow.

Tours go on demand and prices begin at $275 as a private tour only. Duration of tour is approximately six hours.

About Us

WHY USE US?

wildlife tours in Nova Scotia

Since 2003 it has been law in Nova Scotia that ALL tour operators in Nova Scotia be licensed by the NSPURB.  Among other things, licensed tour companies carry a required standard of insurance, undergoes six-monthly safety inspections, a full medical kit and other emergency items and that the vehicle has a clearly marked emergency exit. It's easy to tell if your tour company is licensed: a Commercial Plate must be prominently displayed on the front of the vehicle, and sign-writing (name of company, address & phone numbers) must appear on at least two sides of the vehicle. There are no exceptions to this law! For your own peace of mind always ensure you request your tour driver's PURB Licence Number to ensure you are travelling with a legal tour company within Nova Scotia
