The following is a questionnaire which we ask you to complete to assist us in ensuring you get exactly the vacation you want. Once you have submitted the form to us, here is what you can expect:

1. We will read through your questionnaire and prepare a brief outline based on the information you have provided us, and we will forward this outline to you via email, fax or post, whichever you prefer. (We usually like to chat with you before putting something together, and it would therefore be great if you would consider providing us with a telephone number where we can reach you between 8-11pm Atlantic Time.)
2. You can then take your time and read through the outline and advise us of any comments, suggestions or changes you wish to make.
3. We will then prepare and forward to you a final and more detailed tour plan, pricing details and a payment form.
4. Next, we ask that you confirm acceptance of the tour plan by signing and either faxing back the payment form with your credit card details or posting the signed tour plan to us with a cheque or money order.
5. Once we have received the signed payment form, we will make all the reservations and bookings on your behalf, as set out in the accepted tour plan.
6. We will forward your travel documents, including personalised itinerary, local maps, and any information we feel you would benefit from on your trip. These documents can be sent either to you at your home, or to any other address you wish.
