Perhaps you have a summer home in Nova Scotia's beautiful Lunenburg County, or maybe you live here year-round but are going away for a holiday and plan to return soon. Whatever the reason, leaving your home vacant and unprotected is unwise for many reasons, not the least of which is that many insurance companies will not cover you if something goes wrong while you are away.

We are here to put your mind at ease whether it is for a week, a month, or the whole winter. Below is our standard inspection check-list of things we look for when visiting your vacant home. In addition to tidying up the exterior and removing unwanted debris, we do a thorough visual interior & exterior inspection of the premises keeping an eye out for signs of leaks, rodents, intruders and more. We can check your property every 3 days, every week, every fortnight or every month: it's up to you. We're here to make your life easier, so we will provide the services you want, as often as you need.
